• Sign-on bonus of $30k; relocation assistance of $15k
• $15k annual loan repayment
• 10 clinical shifts each month
• (10) 12-hour shifts every month with each shift from 7 am - 7 pm; telehealth coverage at night
• $200 extra per day paid for back-up call to the tele-hospitalists; going in is paid hourly
• 11 patients per day
• Retirement package consists of 403(b) with 4% match
• Includes medical benefits, life insurance, malpractice coverage and $6,500 CME
