Job Description:
*Overview:*As a Food Service Worker at [Insert Hospital Name],

essential support in various aspects of food preparation,
distribution, and sanitation within the hospital's food service

according to established recipes, portion control guidelines, and
dietary restrictions.* Ensure timely delivery and distribution of
meals to patients' rooms, dining areas, and other designated
locations within the hospital.* Assist in the setup and cleanup of
serving areas, including stocking supplies, utensils, and
condiments.* Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures at
all times, including handling, storage, and disposal of food
items.* Collaborate with kitchen staff, dietary aides, and other
team members to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work
environment.* Adhere to hospital policies and procedures regarding
patient dietary requirements, allergies, and special requests.*
Provide friendly, courteous service to patients, visitors, and
staff while addressing any questions or concerns related to meal
service.* Maintain accurate records of food inventory, temperature
logs, and other documentation as required.* Participate in training
sessions and departmental meetings to stay informed about updates
in policies, procedures, and safety protocols.*Qualifications:**
Previous experience in food service, preferably in a healthcare or
institutional setting, is desirable but not required.* Basic
knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.* Ability to
work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.*
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.*
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
accurately.* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends
and holidays, as needed.* Physical ability to lift and carry trays,
stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.*
Willingness to undergo background checks and health screenings in
