Our staff is the lifeline for our patients, residents, and their families.The primary purpose of the *LPN* is to ensure the highest quality of resident care available, support staff and establish a positive reputation in the community while delivering on the Eduro HealthCare Values of wellness, compassion, customer experience and company results.***Daily Pay Available****LPN Responsibilities:*The LPN/LVN is responsible for providing nursing care as directed by the Director of Nursing and for supervising the program aide assigned to assist with nursing services.* Taking and monitoring patient vital signs* Assisting patients with eating, dressing, and bathing* Administering medication* Communicating changes in patient behavior or health status to Nurses, Physicians, and family members* Maintaining accurate patient records* Collecting specimen samples when needed* Taking an active part in patient care planning* Preparing patients for transfers or discharge* Assisting in medical procedures* Managing emergency medical situations*LPN Requirements:** Must have a valid LPN license in good standing.* Successful completion of a training and competency evaluation program required.* Completion of orientation required by company policy.* Health screening and TB test (if required) within two weeks of employment.* Mandatory drug test within 90 days of hire.* Must be free of criminal activity proven by a criminal background check.* Show within three (3) days of hire satisfactory evidence of identity and eligibility for employment.* Highschool Diploma or equivalent.*Other Duties*Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
